1. Introduction

The website www.n1casino.gr (“Casino”, “Website”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is owned and operated by N1 Greece Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Malta with registration number C95645 and registered address at 206, Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta VLT1451, Malta. N1 Greece Ltd. is licensed in Greece and regulated by the Hellenic Gaming Commission (H.G.C.) (https://www.gamingcommission.gov.gr/index.php/en/) with Permit reference HGC-011-LH (issued on 04.06.2021).

Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering an account at the website you confirm your consent with the Terms and Conditions stipulated below.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you are not allowed to use the services of n1casino.gr.

Note that accessing and/or using www.n1casino.gr (including any or all of the products offered via the Website) may be illegal in certain countries.

The laws of the Hellenic Republic apply to the Terms and Conditions. In case there are other language versions of the Terms available, Greek version will always prevail.

2. Definitions

Online Gaming Licence or Licence: Τhe administrative permit issued by the HGC to allow games to be organised/ run. Licences shall take either of the following two forms: a) Type 1 Online Betting Licence and b) Type 2 Other Online Games Licence.

Suitability Licence (SL): The decision approving a person’s suitability in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Gaming (suitability of persons) Regulations.

Excluded Player: The Player who cannot participate in Games, by his own decision or after a special request from his legal assistant to those who organize and conduct Games, or when the exclusion is applied with a court decision or with a reasonable decision of N1 Casino.

The Anti-Money Laundering Authority: The Authority for the combat of criminal activities related to article 47, Law 4557/2018 (Α 139).

Unusual transaction or activity: A transaction or activity that is inconsistent with the transaction, business or professional conduct of the counterparty or the beneficial owner or with their financial standing or which has no apparent purpose or motive of a financial, professional or personal nature.

Running: Running a game referred to in Article 25(s) of the Law. Where the provisions of this Decision refer to the concept of ‘Running’, it shall also cover the concept of ‘Organisation’ and vice versa.

Organisation: Organising a game referred to in Article 25(t) of the Law. Where the provisions of this Decision refer to Organising, it shall also mean ‘Running’ and vice versa.

Online Betting or Betting: The Gambling that is carried out on the internet and consists of the Players’ prediction about the progress and / or the final outcome of any kind of events, including virtual events, the result of which is extracted using a Random Number Generator.

H.G.C. or Authority: The Hellenic Gaming Commission.

Online Player Account: The unique electronic account created for each Player for the participation in one or more Games to the website of www.n1casino.gr.

Website: The website www.n1casino.gr website through which the License Holder conducts the online Gambling.

Regulation: The Decision nr. 79835 ΕΞ 2020/24.7.2020 (Β’ 3265).

Anti-Money Laundering Regulation: The HGC decision entitled ‘Regulations on the implementation of measures to combat money laundering and terrorism financing by Relevant Persons in the games of chance services market’ as in force from time to time.

Suitability: The finding made by the HGC or the Licence Holder concerning the qualifications and conditions for the issuing of a SL and/or Suitability Card pursuant to the provisions of the Gaming (Suitability of Persons) Regulations.

"License Holder", "Licensee" means N1 Casino acting on behalf of N1 Greece Limited, a company licensed in Greece and regulated by Hellenic Gaming Commission (H.G.C.), who provides services to organise and run Games of Chance.

Manufacturer: The person who manufactures (indicative researches, designs, assembles, produces, programs the Games) and in any way provides to the License Holder any Technical Means and Material and has been included in the relevant H.G.C. 's register.

Jackpot: Every fixed or progressive value or the combination of those awarded to Players, which is set by the Manufacturer or the License Holder and is related to the Game, or the Game interface, or the system or in any combination of the above.

Other Online Games: The casino games, poker and its variants, live provided and live conducted games or games that use Random Number Generator.

Payment Method: The Money Transfer, debit card, credit card, prepaid card, e-wallet, personalized device and every other means that a Player may use to deposit and withdraw funds during the Games.

Money Transfer: Every transaction made at least partially in electronic way by the Payment Service Provider, on behalf of a payer, in order to transfer money to the payee through a Payment Service Provider, including: a) the credit transfer b) the instant debit c) the remittance services according to the Law 4537/2018 (Α 84), as well as d) the transfer via a payment card, any kind of electronic money or personalized device with similar characteristics and functionality.

Non-cooperative countries: The countries and jurisdictions referred to in paragraph 3, article 65, Law 4172/2013 (Α 167) and the countries of paragraph 3, Annex II of the AML Law.

Game Guide or Guide: The information material posted by the License Holder in the website, in Greek language and includes, per Game or Group of Games, all necessary information for the Participation of the Players, the terms and conditions of the Games as well as the odds table / profit distribution, where it exists.

Certification Body: The Certification Organisation that runs special test lab and is recognized by HGC, according to the Suitability of Persons Regulation, or an organization which is authorized according to the European and/or national standards, from Ε.ΣΥ.Δ. or from a foreign accreditation body that has a mutual recognition agreement with Ε.ΣΥ.Δ.

Terms: These Terms & Conditions.

Player: The natural person who participates in the Games.

Gaming Activity: The data related to the Participation of Player to the Games.

Gaming Session: The time-period between the Player login and logout from his Account.

Payment Service Provider: Payment institution or electronic money institution, legally established and operates in Greece or other Member State of the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Certification: The approval granted by the HGC to install and start using Technical Means and Materials after the certification body has ensured its compliance with the Technical Specifications or has certified that it corresponds to equivalent technical and functional characteristics of the Technical Means and Materials with the same specifications.

Privacy Policy: The company policy of the License Holder in relation to the personal data and the collected information, in particular as to how the data and information are collected, the scope and the legal basis of their processing, their use, publish, storage and protection of these data and information, the rights of data subjects.

True Beneficiary: The natural person on whose behalf the transaction or activity is conducted, according to the provisions of paragraph 17, article 3 Law 4557/2018.

Affiliate: The person or entity that promotes the License Holder’s specific Games via links, placed in his website, in order to attract more players in the Website of the advertised License Holder. The Affiliate holds a Suitability License and is registered in the affiliates’ register within H.G.C.

Regulatory Framework: The Regulations and all legislative and other regulatory provisions, the terms contained in licences laying down the conditions for legitimately organising and running Games within the territory of Greece, as well as the Guidelines issued by the HGC.

Accession Agreement or Agreement: This agreement conducted between the License Holder and the Player, in order for the Player to participate legally in the Online Games of chance.

Participation: The registration of the Player’s data/bet placing in each Game and the validation of the above, after the payment.

Technical Means and Materials for playing Games: The certified (where necessary) means/materials/electronic/mechanical/electromechanical device and electronic program (all manner of software or computer system) used directly or indirectly to organise and run Games which is related to and/or affects and/or determines and/or monitors and/or records the outcome of the Game or the playing of the Games in general.

Games of Chance or Games: The Online Bet referred to in Article 25(c) of the Law and Other Online Games referred to in Article 25(v) of the Law which may 7 be organised and run lawfully in the territory of Greece by the Licence Holder via its website and which have received the required Certifications.

Responsible Gambling: The set of provisions of the Gaming Regulations and H.G.C. Directives, aiming to ensure that any online gaming activity is carried out in accordance with the provisions, in a socially responsible manner, in order to minimize the negative consequences to Players from their participation in Gambling.

Suspicious Transaction or Activity: The transaction or activity for which there are nuanced indications or suspicions of attempting or committing the offenses of article 2 of the AML Law, or involvement of the Player or the True Beneficiary in criminal activities, based on the evaluation of the Player and his Gaming activity data, such as the Gaming Activity’s nature, the Payment Method, the frequency, the complexity and the transaction volume, the use or no-use of cash, the profession, the financial status, the transactional behavior, the reputation, the past and other significant to characterize the transaction data.

“Refund" means a reversal of a means as per request of a Player deposited in the Player Account not used for the Services.

N1 Casino: The company named “N1 Greece Limited”, incorporated under the laws of Malta with registration number C95645 and registered address at 206, Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta VLT1451, Malta.

3. Scope Of The Agreement

This Agreement is concluded between N1 Greece Limited and the Player for the participation to the Games of Chance and contains the Terms and Conditions for the use of the website www.n1casino.gr, which is approved by the H.G.C. with the decision No 566/2/04.06.2021. The website n1casino.gr is owned and operated by N1 GREECE LIMITED with registration number C95645 and registered address at 206, Wisely House, Old Bakery Street, Valletta, VLT1451, Malta), that holds the License Type 2 Online Gambling Permit to the company trading as N1 GREECE LIMITED, with Permit reference HGC-011-LH by the issuance of which can legally provide to the Players the following Games: slot games, video games, poker, roulette, blackjack and baccarat. The License was issued by the H.G.C., according to the Gaming Law provisions, on 04 June 2021 and is valid until 4 June 2028.

The scope of this agreement is to regulate the Player’s Participation in the Games, in accordance with the current legislation and regulatory landscape for the organisation and conduct of Games. The Player accepts this Agreement in total and provides his unconditional consent to respect its rules, as well as the Privacy Policy, the Game Participation policies and rest policies of the Licensee.

4. Execution And Amendment Of The Agreement

a. The Agreement and its amendments require the prior approval of the H.G.C., otherwise N1 Casino will not upload it to its Website.

b. The Agreement and its amendments are concluded solely upon the acceptance of its Terms by the Player. The acceptance of this Agreement and its amendments is conducted electronically, in an explicit and undisputable manner.

c. In case of amendment, the Player is informed by the time of his first login to the Online Player Account, where he should see the amended Agreement uploaded, with specific references to the applied changes.

d. The acceptance of the amended Agreement is made through the Player’s acceptance of the Terms and Conditions, at his first login to his Online Player Account.

e. In case the Player refuses to accept the amended Agreement, the Agreement shall be terminated and the terms related to Account closure and transactions settlement shall apply, in compliance with the provisions of the AML Law.

5. Conducted Games

N1 Casino provides the Casino Games which are conducted under the License type 2 with number –HGC-011-LH, issued by the HGC.

For the provision of the above Games, the company cooperates with the manufacturers, who are registered in the Manufacturers Registry of the H.G.C.

The special rules of each Game or Game category are included in the Game Guide. Traits, such as the betting events conducting environment, the Game rules, the winning categories, the winning chances, the way of winning, the minimum and maximum amount of participation, where it is applied, the odds of the multipliers, the commission (rake) that may be withheld by the Holder for the participation, the way of calculating the tax on the winnings for a game or Group of Games, the terms of the jackpot’s operation, the way of display, etc., are information, which are described in the Game Guide.

By participating in the Game, the Player accepts the Game Guide unconditionally.

6. Participation To The Games

This section includes the conditions of Player Participation to the Games.

6.1. Opening an Online Player Account

a. In order for the Player to participate to the Online Games of our website, he must

  • be a natural person. No legal entities are accepted.
  • have accepted the terms of this Agreement.
  • be allowed by law to play Games on the Website.
  • create an Online Player Account.

Each Player has the right to create only one Online Player Account per residence address, household, IP address or PC in our website and to participate in the Games exclusively with this account. The creation of multiple Online Player Accounts for the same Player and the management of this account by third parties are prohibited. If you create multiple player’s accounts, these accounts will be blocked. Any winnings or bonuses that the Player received or accumulated during the time when the Duplicate Account was active will be forfeited. The Player shall fill in the relevant registration form, which is available on our website. Before completing the registration form, the Player is encouraged to read carefully the terms of the Agreement as well as the Casino’s corporate policy regarding the Protection of Personal Data and submit the necessary proof of identity and proof of address documents, in accordance with the AML Regulation and our internal policies. The documents shall be submitted by logging into your account section “Profile” and selecting "Verification". b. The Player is informed thereto that it is mandatory for the Casino to refer to the register of excluded persons, which he and the H.G.C. keep, in order to identify whether the Player applying for the Online Account opening is registered therein. In a positive case, the application for the opening of an Online Account will be rejected.

c. For the opening of the Online Player Account, the person warrants that:

  • He/She has full legal capacity.
  • He/She has completed the 21st year of age.
  • The Participation to Games is a free and independent personal decision, without any external provocation or motivation.
  • He/She is obliged to use the Account exclusively for him/herself and not on behalf of third parties.
  • He/She is obliged to inform the Casino, without undue delay, in case of modification on any personal detail, provided at the time of registration or/and later.
  • He/She has the necessary software and hardware for the use of the Gaming services and the receipt of updates and notifications from the Casino.

d. When the Player enters into the Agreement, he fully understands and accepts that he will not be allowed to:

  • Create or use multiple Accounts.
  • Use any third party’s payment methods, such as bank account, credit/debit card etc.
  • Use the Online Gaming Services outside Greece.
  • Attempt any Participation to the Games if he is in a state of temporary or permanent exclusion.
  • Attempt to participate or participate in cartels (fixed Games/rigging) or use unfair practices.

e. The Player shall use a unique Username along with a secret password in order to login to his Online Player Account. The combination of these elements is unique for each Player, used for his identification and serves as a presumption of use of the provided services and as a confirmation that the Player has unconditionally accepted the Terms. It also confirms that the Participation to the Games is performed on his own will, without being induced or provoked by a third party.

f. The Player is obliged to keep his login details safe, preserve his password secret, change it periodically and notify N1 Casino as soon as he realizes that the details were lost or used illegally.

g. The login details shall be amended whenever N1 Casino, according to his policies, requires it.

h. N1 Casino repeats the identification and verification process, whenever there are doubts about the validity, the accuracy and / or the completeness of the information provided.

i. Due diligence measures are applied by N1 Casino, in accordance with the provisions of Law 4557/2018, the Regulation of Anti-Money Laundering and its corporate policy in a consistent and systematic manner.

j. We may adopt any appropriate measure, including the blocking of the Online Player Account, the refusal to provide services or payments or the issuance of a certificate of winnings, in case the conditions for the certification and verification of the Player's identity are not met, or if based on the data, the risk analysis, the policy and the tools applicable, there are serious indications or suspicions that Suspicious or Unusual Transactions have taken place or are being carried out or has been attempted or are about to be attempted.

k. We may refuse the provision of services or payment or the issuance of a winnings certificate, in case the Player originated from a high-risk country or a non-cooperative country, or his name is included in respective lists of the competent Authorities.

l. We use data verification systems and tools, which include the identification of technical means and devices used for the Participation, as well as any other suitable means, including the Gaming Activity pattern creation and evaluation.

m. We may implement “strong Player identification” systems and procedures (Two factor Authentication, Strong Customer Authentication- 2FA, SCA).

n. The Player can access all data related to his Account balance, Gaming Activity history, including Participation/bets, winnings and losses, deposits, withdrawals and other transactions during his Participation, when entering his Online Player Account.

o. We keep all Player’s records and data related to his personal details, Gaming Activity, transactions made through his Online Account, for a period of ten (10) years. These data shall remain at H.G.C.’s and any other competent Authority’s disposal, in compliance with GDPR and the Licensee’s Privacy Policy.

p. Transactions that exceed the respective monetary limits set by the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation, are carried out if prior to the transaction, it is confirmed that the payment account declared by the Player really belongs to him.

q. We take all necessary measures to manage and reduce operational and safety risks, implement effective incident management procedures including the identification and classification of major safety and/or operational incidents.

r. We are not responsible for any damage caused from the improper or incorrect use of the Online Player Account, due to an act or omission of the Player.

s. Any information provided through the Online Player Account and the Website, such as Participations, odds, results, account balance, gaming activity data, etc. Is exclusively for personal use, and the distribution or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited.

t. Any information provided by N1 Casino does not constitute advice or recommendations to motivate others to participate in the Games.

u. The Player is prohibited to use the services for any purpose other than the participation to the Games and especially for an illegal purpose.

v. We monitor the Website’s traffic with cookie collection, received by the client software. In any case, the Player may refuse the cookies collection, apart from those that, at the reasonable discretion of the Casino, are required for the proper and easy provision and use of his services.

w. We reserve the right to request proof of age and to carry out checks to verify the information you provide to us. If we find out that you are under 21 years old, we will immediately close your account and cancel any winnings and/or bonuses as well as outstanding bets.

6.1.2. Failure to Complete and Cancel Games

We do everything we can to avoid technical errors, but this is not always possible. That is why we must inform you of the following:

N1 Casino is not responsible for any downtime, server downtime, delay or other technical or political impediments to the conduct of the Games, which are not due to deceit or gross negligence of N1 Casino and its employees and/or representatives.

N1 Casino shall not be liable for any damages or losses - , which are not due to deceit or gross negligence of N1 Casino and its employees and/or representatives - that are considered or are alleged to have occurred in connection with the Website or its content, including but not limited to:

  • Delays or interruptions in operation or transmission.
  • Loss or alteration of data.
  • Loss of communication or lines.

In case of non-completion of your Game due to a system error, we will refund the amount you bet on the Game by crediting your Account. If you have accumulated credits during the interruption of the Game, the monetary value of the credits will be added to your Account.

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that the Central Information System allows you to participate in the Games. If the game is stopped after a bet, the game will continue from the exact point of interruption due to an error in the telecommunications system or your computer system. If, however, this continuation is not possible, it will:

  • Make sure the game ends.
  • We will refund the bet amount by adding it to your Account.

6.2. State of the Online Player Account

The several statuses of the Online Player Account:

6.2.1 Temporary Online Player Account:

a. Upon the creation of the Online Player Account, it is in a “Temporary” status, until the required data are submitted and verified. According to the AML regulation, it must be verified that:

i) The personal data related to the Online Player Account correspond to a real person.

ii) The person who applied for the Account registration is the same person for whom the Online Player Account was created.

iii) The submitted personal data (see i above) belong to the person for whom the Online Player Account was created.

b. When the Online Player Account is in Temporary status, the Player:

i) Cannot deposit amounts over 800 € cumulatively, according to the AML regulation.

ii) Cannot withdraw any amount.

iii) If the Online Player Account remains unverified for a period over 30 days from its opening, We will block the Account and refuse any future transactions from the Player. The Player shall be given a deadline of thirty (30) days in order to take the necessary actions and to provide the necessary information to certify and verify his identity. If the Player submits the necessary and adequate information, he shall be able to activate his Account, otherwise his Account will be closed and all pending transactions will be settled, in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation.

6.2.2. Inactive Online Player Account

a. According to the Regulation, if the Player did not make any use of his Account for a period of twelve (12) months, it is considered an Inactive Online Player Account. The Player shall receive a minimum thirty (30) days prior notice about the upcoming Inactive status of his Account, as well as for the following:

i) For as long as the Account remains in Inactive status:

  • The Participation in the Games is prohibited
  • The Player may still have access to the management of his Account, to any data and information contained in his Account and to the services provided except for the Participation.

ii) If the Account remains Inactive for a period of twelve (12) months, during which the Account was not activated, or it was activated but no Participation in the Games occurred, the Casino closes the Account and terminates the contractual relationship.

iii) If the Player participates in the Games even once during this period of twelve (12) months, the Account will no longer be considered as Inactive.

iv) The Inactive Online Player Account may:

  • Be closed upon the request of the Player, which means that the contractual relationship is terminated any remaining credit balance shall be withdrawn.
  • Be active again upon the request of the Player. In that case the License Holder is obliged to perform a risk assessment in order to decide whether the requested restoration of the Account to the previous condition presupposes to repeat the process of verifying the identity of the Player in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation, based on his data, risk analysis, applied policy and tools.

6.2.3. Blocked Online Player Account

The Online Player Account is Blocked:

a. In case the Player is in temporary refraining or temporary exclusion from the Games.

b. In case of a prosecutor’s order.

c. In case the H.G.C., according to its evidence, decides the necessity for blocking an Account, due to ensuring the integrity of the Games or public order reasons.

d. Upon the justified decision of the License Holder, if –according to the data, risk analysis, internal policies and applied tools- identifies or has serious indications or suspicions that

Suspicious or Unusual Activities or breach of the integrity of the Games have been undertaken or is about to be undertaken. The Casino will proceed to the necessary actions according to the AML Regulation.

e. If the player violates any of the Terms of this Agreement.

f. If there are any special reasons in addition to the above, due to which N1 Casino is entitled to impose a “Block” to the Account, such as the detection of a duplicate Account and cases of fraud as described in Chapter 7 of this Agreement.

Rest Related Provisions:

a. The Player is not allowed to deposit any funds or Participate in the Games, when his Online Player Account is Blocked.

b. No fees are applied in Blocked Accounts.

c. The “Blocked” status shall be lifted when the reasons for its imposition no longer exist.

d. If the Account remains «Blocked» within twenty four (24) months from the applied date, N1 Casino will close the Account and terminate the contractual relationship.

e. In case that -during the imposition of the “Blocked" status- there are Participations that have not yet been settled, the settlements will be held in compliance with the AML Regulation.

f. If the Player submits a withdrawal request at the same time when the Account is being blocked, N1 Casino will pay any balance from the Player’s deposit, according to the AML Regulation.

N1 Casino may decide to block any account based on objective and valid data and methodology, followed by the respective justification. In any case, the Account is blocked if we have received an order to suspend the Account or special instructions for this from the H.G.C. and / or the legally competent bodies and authorities.

N1 Casino pays special attention in cases where it is obliged to apply the Blocked Account measure, when:

It is assumed that the Account is used by a third party (account takeover) and not the registered Player, based on device or IP address detection tools, evaluation of the Gaming Activity patterns, questions addressed to the Player related to the identification measures or any combination of the above.

Participations using different devices from different IP addresses shall not prove that the Account is used by a third party, but may constitute a clear indication, especially when the above mentioned use is made within the same or short period of time from different geographical areas. Under this view, N1 Casino can determine whether the Account is used or not by the Player, by implementing additional identity verification methods (i.e. Two Factor Authentication, Strong Customer Authentication - 2FA, SCA etc.). Moreover, the Player shall be required to declare the devices he uses for the Participation in the Games and N1 Casino will not accept transactions via devices that have not been declared.

Likewise, the differentiation of the Gaming Activity pattern is not sufficient proof or indication that the Online Player Account is used by a third party. We evaluate the pattern’s differentiation degree, according to each case’s information and particularities, in order to claim validly that the Account is or was used by a third party.

6.2.4. Closed Online Player Account 

Below you will find the reason according to which an Account shall be Closed.

N1 Casino sets an Account in “Closed” status:

a. Immediately upon a Player’s closure request. The Player sends an email to Customer Service at support@n1casino.gr and explicitly requests to close the Account. The Casino responds to the request, confirming closure of the Account, within a reasonable time, provided that the Player continues to assume responsibility for all activity on his Account until such closure has been carried out by the Casino (at which point the Agreement shall terminate).

b. Thirty (30) days after the expiration of the deadline for finalizing the identification and verification of the Player, if the information provided by the Player were not confirmed according to the AML Regulation.

c. Immediately upon the Player’s application to be excluded from Games for an indefinite period.

d. If we find out or have ground indications that the information –partially or in total- provided by the Player for the registration of his Online Player Account are untrue or inaccurate.

e. If the Account remains in “Inactive” status for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months.

f. If the Account remains in “Blocked” status for a consecutive period of twenty four (24) months.

g. If we suspect that you engage in illegal or fraudulent activities in connection with the use of the Website (or in connection with the use of the Website by third parties), we may close your Account and/or cancel your bets.

N1 Casino will not close your Account, due to vague or unclear reasons and will take the relevant decisions reasoned, based on data that objectively substantiate its decision to close Your Account.

N1 casino informs the Player thereto that:

a. The new Account creation is not allowed earlier than twelve (12) months from the Online account closing date. Exclusion to this provision is the above case b., as long as case d. is not applicable.

b. The closure of the Online Player Account terminates the contractual relationship between the Casino and the Player. All transactions and Participation data and rest information which are kept by N1 Casino in execution of the parties obligations in the context of their contractual relationship, are retained by the License Holder in the form, manner and for the time specified to the Gaming Regulation’s provisions.

c. If there is a credit balance in a closing Online Player Account, the Casino will deposit the outstanding balance to the declared account as soon as possible, but in any case within three (3) working days after the Account closure, in accordance with the Provisions of the AML Regulation.

d. If the Account that closes is in the “Temporary” status, no winnings are paid to the Player and the Casino clears any remaining credit balance in accordance with the Provisions of the AML Regulation.

e. If we know or have serious indications that at the closing of the Player Account, its balance, regardless of its amount, constitutes or is related to criminal activities or is connected to the funding of terrorism, we will apply the AML Regulations’ provisions.

6.3. Limits and Restrictions of the Gaming Activity 

The limits are set either in the context of the compliance with the Gaming Regulations and the H.G.C.’s instructions or by the provisions of this Agreement.

Limit Types:

6.3.1. Limits set by the Player 

The limits set by the Player, according to the Gaming Regulation, are the following:

  • Monetary limit, in terms of the maximum deposit amount (deposit limit).
  • Monetary limit, in terms of the maximum loss amount (loss limit).
  • Time limit, in terms of the maximum participation time (time limit).

The Player is obliged to set the above limits, in accordance with the Gaming Regulation and the Responsible Gaming Policies. Τhe Player has to set the limits on the basis of a prudent Gaming behavior commensurate with his abilities and be aware of the risks connected with the involvement with the Games. He can also modify the above limits after their applicable period has lapsed, with the exception of the modification of existing limits to the strictest, which shall apply immediately.

The Player will be notified with a message from N1 Casino as soon as he exceeds the 80% of the set limit, according to the Gaming Regulation.

In case of termination of the Participation due to the completion of the maximum Participation time limit, he will not be allowed to play for the remaining time until the expiration of the limit.

In case that with his forthcoming Participation he will exceed the maximum loss limit, it is allowed to continue his Participation under the condition that with his bet placement, he will not exceed the maximum loss limit set.

The above time limit is set on a daily basis from 00:00:00 to 23:59:59 of the same day, or weekly from Sunday to Saturday, or monthly from the first to the last day of the month.

The Participation Time includes the time of the active Participation to the Online Games (and virtual events), the outcome of which is extracted using a Random Number Generator. Time spent on the Website and/or connected to the Online Player Account without active Participation to the Games (such as place of bet etc.) will not be taken into account for the calculation of the completion of the maximum participation time limit.

The Player is obliged to set his preferred limits before his Participation to the Games, upon his registration and the acceptance of this Agreement. The “no limit” option is not provided.

In case default values ​​are used, the scale of these values ​​is structured in such a way that on the one hand as many options as possible are available to You and on the other hand it is ensured that the Limit setting system is useful and functional. In case you wish to set a price that is not included in the options, N1 Casino will inform you of the price that is available and is closest to the desired one. If price rounding is required, it is performed to the nearest whole, according to the condition i≤0.4, i≥0.5, where (i) the digits of the units, tens, hundreds or thousands for which rounding is required.

With regard to the modification of a limit, it takes place after the period for which the specific limit has been set, unless it is a modification to the stricter one, which applies immediately. Thus, you understand, for example, that if you set a limit on a monthly basis and then modify this limit, the modification will take effect on the 1st day of the month following the one you modified that limit, unless it is a modification to the strictest, whereupon it is applied immediately. Likewise, if you set a limit on a daily or weekly basis and then modify this limit, the modification will take effect on the next day of that modification or on the 1st day of the week following that in which you modified the module. limit, unless it is a stricter modification, in which case it applies immediately.

6.3.2. Limits set by the Law 

The Gaming Regulation sets the following limits:

a. The twenty-four (24) hours maximum time of each Gaming Session. This limit is calculated and applied independently of the maximum time limit, thus, these two limits shall not be confused.

The twenty-four (24) hours maximum time of each Gaming Session is calculated by the time the Player enters the Website or logs in to his Online Player Account, regardless if the Player actually Participates in the Games or simply browses the Website or remains logged in to his Account.

b. The twenty (20) euros maximum Participation amount/bet in the RNG Games.

This limit is applied per Game Cycle and the minimum unit of participation (starter, denomination) constitutes the basis of calculation.

c. The one hundred and forty thousand (140.000) euros maximum winning amount in the RNG Games.

This limit is applied per Game Cycle and for its calculation, all additional rewards of the Game, that are permissible to be provided, are added together (e.g. Bonus rounds), excluding any Jackpot Mode award.

d. The limit of five hundred thousand (500,000) euros is the maximum amount of reward that can be awarded by a Jackpot Mode. This limit shall not apply to prizes in Poker Games and / or variations of this, which are held in the form of poker tournaments.

6.3.3. Limits set by the Casino 

We may set individual limits for the Participation amount and the maximum winning amount, per Bet or per Game, up to the amount provided each time in the Gaming Regulation. The types or categories of the above-mentioned limits are specified in the Game Guide and may relate to the following:

a. Participation amount limit. The Participation amount limit applies to all Players.

b. N1 Casino may unilaterally limit the Gaming Activity (Participations, return of profits) or/and the transactions (deposits/withdrawals), if we consider that there is a risk of illegal acts, based on the amount of financial risk, type of Game, frequency of Participations, frequency and amounts of withdrawal, amount of estimated return, characteristics of the person (e.g. profession, financial status, gaming behavior, reputation, past, facts and information on the basis of which the influence of the Player or his relatives or persons closely related to him in shaping the outcome of the markets, which are already offered, the relationship with other Licensees), strong probability of creating an unfair partnership between Players, information and data to substantially challenge the inviolable nature of and offered market, etc.

c. N1 Casino has the right to limit the Gaming Activity (Participations, return on profits) or/and transactions (withdrawals) during the loyalty programs, according to the relevant terms of these programs and under the condition that the Player who participates in the loyalty programs has received full knowledge of the rules and has consented in advance to their application.

d. The Casino has the right, but also the obligation, to limit the Gaming Activity (Participations, return of profits) or/and the transactions (deposits/withdrawals), in accordance with the provisions of the Responsible gaming, if the provided data indicate that the Player has problematic gambling behavior.

6.4. Loyalty Programs

a. N1 Casino may reward Players by providing a loyalty program. The terms and conditions governing the loyalty programs are formed while observing the provisions of the relevant H.G.C. decision.

b. The terms and conditions of each loyalty program are applied in the same way to all Players, who meet the necessary requirements to join the program.

c. We may at any time remove or modify any loyalty program for any reason.

d. We do not change the rules of a loyalty program for a reward that has already been granted.

e. We may change or revoke an already granted reward if the Player who received the reward by mistake or fraudulently knowing that he did not qualify to receive it, or it is strongly assumed that the reward was likely to have been awarded on a transactional and/or Participations and/or Practices basis which are in violation of the Law, good and transactional ethics, the Regulation and the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation.

6.5. Jackpot

a. Jackpot Mode is every fixed or progressively increasing value or combination of those awarded to Players, which is regulated by the Game Developer or Licensee, at Game level or Game interface level or System level or any combination of the above.

b. It is not allowed to conduct Jackpot Operation by two or more License Holders together.

c. The maximum winning limit that can be given by a Jackpot Mode may not exceed the amount of five hundred thousand (500,000) euros and in case of excess of the above limit, the amount accumulated based on the Participation of the Players, must be transferred to another Mode of Jackpot.

d. In any case of reduction of the amount accumulated based on the Participation of the Players or the abolition of the Jackpot Mode, the amount of the impairment or the amount accumulated based on the Participation of the Players at the time of the abolition, is obligatorily transferred to another Jackpot Mode , within three (3) months from the date of reduction or abolition.

e. A winning Player will be notified of the award of a Progressive Jackpot Mode continuously until the end of the ongoing Game.

f. The information on the performance of a Progressive Jackpot Mode will be provided to all Players participating in this Mode at the time of winning in a way that is understandable to them and regardless of the medium you use to access their Online Account.

6.6. Responsible Gaming

a. Through the Agreement the Player consents to the evaluation of his Playing Activity in order to apply the Principles of Responsible Gaming, and he is informed and understands that the relevant obligations of N1 Casino are imposed by the provisions and aim to protect both himself and the social community.

6.7. Exclusion Of Players

The Player has the right –upon his request- to temporarily abstain from the Games, or temporarily or indefinitely exclude himself from the Games.

The Player submits his application through his Online Player Account.

  • By submitting a request for temporary abstention, the License Holder puts the Online Player Account in a "Blocked" status and retains the Account in this state for twenty-four (24) hours.
  • By submitting a request for temporary exclusion, the License Holder puts the Online Player Account in a "Blocked" status and keeps the Account in this state for at least one month.
  • By submitting a request for indefinite exclusion, the License Holder sets the Online Player Account in a "Closed" status and terminates the contractual relationship. The clearance of any outstanding balance is carried out in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 6.2.4. The opening of a new Online Player Account can take place at the request of the Player and in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation and the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation, if at least one (1) year has lapsed from the beginning of the exclusion and a new Agreement is concluded.

In case of temporary or permanent exclusion, the Player, by accepting the terms of the Agreement, provides his explicit consent for his registration in the register of excluded persons kept by the Holder as well as in the register of excluded persons kept by the H.G.C.

No deposits in the Online Player Account are allowed, until the License Holder checks the Player’s details in the registry of Excluded Persons, kept by the H.G.C.

The Casino or his Affiliates do not send any commercial communication material to Players being in a temporary abstention, temporary or indefinite exclusion status.

We hereby inform the Player that the Casino has the right, in his justified judgment, to temporarily or indefinitely exclude him, if from the Gaming Activity data, the information he has and the relevant Policy of the Responsible Game that it applies, it can be inferred that the Player has problematic gambling behavior and despite repeated recommendations addressed to him, the Player has not excluded himself. We encourage the Player to seek help and support from any detox centre operating in Greece.

6.8. Money Transfers

a. Payments of Participation amounts and profits return, arising from the Participation, are mandatorily carried out to and from the Holder without the mediation of a third party, except for Providers of payment services, established and operating legally in Greece or in another Member State of the European Union or the European Union or the European Economic Area.

b. Deposits made in the Online Player Account are interest free.

c. The transfer of funds between Online Player Accounts is forbidden.

d. The Player acknowledges and fully accepts that his deposit in the Online Account is made exclusively for the Participation in the Games.

e. g. The Online Player Accounts that are "Inactive" and still have a credit balance are protected from unauthorized access to or unauthorized withdrawal of funds.

h. In case the Online Player Account is falsely credited with winnings not entitled to the Player, N1 Casino is the owner of the funds. N1 Casino informs the Player about the incorrect credit and the funds are deducted from the Account, after the correction of the false credit. In case there is no sufficient balance for the funds deduction, the Player owes the difference to N1 Casino and N1 Casino has the right to withhold the respective amount of funds, without prior notification to the Player.

i. The Player may request the withdrawal of any credit balance of his Account, provided that all the necessary information may be requested from N1 Casino in order for the relevant procedures to be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation.

j. The License Holder is responsible for ensuring the legality and validity of the transactions to the extent that is appropriate to it and for this purpose, he must take every possible measure based on common knowledge, experience and perception, technological and / or functional, organizational, operational nature to control both deposits and withdrawals, even after their completion.

k. N1 Casino has the right to reject or cancel any transaction, even after its completion, in case of evidence that questions the legality and validity of the transaction, regardless of the source of this information.

l. By accepting the Terms of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy, the Player expressly declares his consent to the Casino’s processing of the data related to the bank account number, in order to process the financial Transactions, but also any verification of the identity of the Player and which data he provides in the context of serving the purpose of the Agreement.

m. N1 Casino sets the execution time of a withdrawal request up to twenty four (24) hours from the submission of a withdrawal request of the Player, within which it undertakes to issue a relevant payment order, in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation and the provisions in force.

6.8.1. Depositing funds

Procedures, terms and conditions, availability, and duration for deposits as well as fees for each payment method may vary depending on the payment method in question. By choosing a payment method, you accept the terms of that payment method and agree to any charges or service charges that may apply to deposits and withdrawals made with those payment methods, as well as that the payment method is valid and that the account or payment belongs to you and that you have the right to use the payment method. If we determine during the security checks that you have violated this condition, your winnings will be withheld eand the original deposit will be returned to the owner of the payment account. It is illegal to deposit money that has not been legally obtained.

By depositing funds you agree not to make reversals, chargebacks or cancel the deposits. You also agree to compensate us for unpaid deposits.

6.8.2. Withdrawing funds

Procedures, terms and conditions, availability, and duration for deposits as well as fees for each payment method may vary depending on the payment method in question. Current advice is available when logged in on the website under the heading "withdrawals".

The minimal amount for withdrawal is 10 EUR. The maximum amount for withdrawal depends on the payment method you decide to use. If the requested amount of withdrawal exceeds the limit of a particular payment system, the amount will be withdrawn in instalments.

6.9. Taxation On Winnings

Any winnings arising from the Player's Participation in the Games are taxed, as the case may be, in accordance with the provisions of Law. N1 Casino is obliged to withhold the tax corresponding to the profits and to return it to the Greek state.

6.10. Winnings Certificate

a. The Player has the right to receive, upon request, a certificate for the total winnings paid in the previous year of the application, under the conditions and procedure provided in the Anti-Money Laundering Regulation and the Company's corporate policy.

b. The certificate is issued after the certification and verification of the Player’s details, in accordance with the AML Regulation.

c. N1 Casino has the right to refuse the issuance of a winnings certificate, according to the Gaming Law and the AML Regulation.

7. Anti-Fraud Policy

N1 Casino has a strict anti-fraud policy.

a. If the Player is suspected of fraudulent actions including but not limited to:

participating in any type of collusion with other Players;

  • development and use of strategies aimed at unfaithful winnings;
  • fraudulent actions against other online casinos or payment providers;
  • chargeback transactions with a credit card or denial of some payments made;
  • provision of forged documents;
  • creating two or more accounts;

we reserve the right to terminate the Player Account and suspend all payouts to the Player. We also reserve the right to inform the regulatory bodies of such fraudulent actions performed by the Player.

  • chargebacks;

d. We reserve the right to cancel payments, if suspicion or evidence exists of manipulation of N1 Casino system. Criminal charges will be brought against any user or any other person(s), who has/have manipulated N1 casino system or attempted to do so.

e. If a Player requested a withdrawal of the funds, N1 Casino reserves the right to charge the Player the costs of transaction processing, including deposits and withdrawals.

f. Withdrawal requests may be declined by the casino if the Player provides false or intentionally modified personal data in order to by pass the system.

g. All transactions will be monitored and/or re-examined to prevent money laundering in accordance with the relevant Anti-Money Laundering regulations.

h. The Casino is not a financial institution and thus should not be treated as such. Your account will not bear any interests and no conversion or exchange services (including fiat-crypto exchange) will be offered at any time.

In exercising any of our rights under the paragraph in relation to Anti -Fraud Policy we shall use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that, while complying with our regulatory and other legal obligations, we exercise such rights in a manner that is fair to all our customers.

We reserve the right to inform the appropriate authorities, other online service providers and banks, credit card companies, electronic payment providers or other financial institutions of the player's identity in case of any suspended fraudulent actions by the Player.

8. Personal Data Protection

We apply the Privacy Policy according to the GDPR provisions, which is uploaded to the website.

a. In the context of the organization and conduct of the Games, the consent of the interested party for the processing of the data is a necessary condition for the conclusion and execution of the Agreement. c. N1 Casino comply with the General Regulation for the Protection of Personal Data [Regulation (EU) 2016/679] and Law 4624/2019 (A 137), must take the appropriate measures to prevent the illegal data processing and the identification of the Players by technical or other means, which may reasonably be used by third parties. N1 Casino ensures that he, the co-executors of the processing do not disclose, for any reason, the personal data and information without the prior written consent of the data subject, unless such consent is required when the data is available under legal obligations of the License Holder and those who maintain an employment, project or mandate relationship with him.

d. The data subject has the right to withdraw his / her consent at any time, however, the revocation of such consent shall not affect the legality of the processing based on the consent before its revocation.

e. The data subject is informed of any modification or extension of the purposes of the processing and the categories of data to be processed, in order to consent again, otherwise the Agreement is automatically terminated.

f. The data subject must immediately inform the License Holder of any modification of the data he submitted during his registration. The data subject shall either update his data on his Online Player Account, or by contacting the License Holder or his DPO.

g. The H.G.C. and any other competent authority have access rights and data process rights, as long as such processing is necessary for the execution of a public interest task or is related to the public authority assigned to them.

h. This Agreement cannot be concluded unless the data subject consents to the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation Of Liability

The liability of N1 Casino towards the Player is limited and/or removed in cases such as: problems, malfunctions, technical failures, failures of the Player's equipment or software, interference or attempts, interference in the network and the systems and elements of the conduct, which are not attributed to gross negligence or deceit by the Holder, its employees or its associates, loss of profits caused by interruption and / or cancellation of Events, errors in data entry, storage and / or processing of registered data, incomplete and inaccurately transmitted data, not due to gross negligence or deceit of the Holder, his employees or those added of etc.

N1 Casino is not liable for any hardware or software defects, poor Internet connection and other technical problems that have occurred on the Player’s side.

In the unlikely case where a wager is confirmed or a payment is performed by us in error, the Company reserves the right to cancel all wagers accepted containing such an error, or to correct the mistake by re-settling all the wagers at the correct terms that should have been available at the time that the wager was placed in the absence of the error.

If N1 Casino mistakenly credit your Player Account with a bonus or winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to a technical issue, error in the pay tables, human error or otherwise, not due to gross negligence or deceit of N1 Casino or his employees, the amount and/or the winnings from such bonus will remain the Casino property and will be deducted from your Player Account. We answer requests, questions and queries, in a timely and valid manner. We inform the Player in any case that the conversation with the customer service unit is recorded as well as in any case that the communication is followed by an evaluation of the service by the Player himself, in an automated or non-automated way.

Our website is a place of cultured communication. When you contact us, you have an obligation not to make statements that: are abusive, defamatory or harass, threaten or cause inconvenience or otherwise inconvenience to other players or/and N1 Casino employees.

11. Communication – Information To Players

a. The communications between N1 Casino and the Player is conducted through posts and messages in the Player's Account or via notifications in the e-mail address stated by the Player, already during the creation of his Account and, if he has changed to the last email address declared by the Player.

b. The information / notification is considered to be received by the Player on the date of transmission.

c. The simultaneous use of more than one email address by the Player either for reasons of Participation or for reasons of information / notification, is not permitted.

d. In order for N1 Casino to legally send commercial communication material to the Player, the Player should give his prior consent –in electronic manner- in order to receive such material through a procedure independent from the one provided for the acceptance of the Agreement. Acceptance by the Player of receiving commercial communication material should be in the form of contractual terms set by N1 Casino and the Affiliates with whom it cooperates.

e. The Player has the right to withdraw his consent in accepting the commercial communication material in the future. The suspension of accepting commercial communication material is imposed by N1 Casino to the Affiliates with whom he cooperates.

f. For the purposes of the Agreement, the above communication of N1 Casino with the Player is deemed to constitute written communication

g. The regulatory and legal framework for the conduct of the Games is posted on the Website and the H.G.C. (see here: https://www.gamingcommission.gov.gr/index.php/nomiki-vivliothiki ).

12. Complaints

a. If you have any complaints about N1 Casino services or any disagreement, issues or events related to the Games conducted by you and/or related transactions, you can contact our Customer Service via support@n1casino.gr. If you are not satisfied by the support team, you can forward your complaint electronically by submitting a Complaint Form which you can download by clicking here.

The complaint form shall be sent to the email address csmanagement@n1casino.gr within 48 hours from the day following the date of the event.

b. The complaint includes the necessary identification and communication details of the Player and in particular:

aa. Name and father’s name.

bb. Date of birth.

cc. Valid ID or Passport Number.

dd. Full address of permanent residence.

ee. Address and desired way of replying and must be accompanied by a copy of an Identity Card or Passport or equivalent identification document.

c. The complaint shall adequately describe the events, the time and the reasons invoked by the Player and includes any information that he has which substantiates his allegations at his discretion.

d. We check the content of the complaint and in any case inform the complainant within ten (10) days from the submission.

e. If you are not satisfied with our decision regarding your complaint, you can request, within 10 days from the day after we notified you of our decision, that your complaint be reconsidered by the H.G.C, always having the obligation to notify us of the request for this review in accordance with the applicable Regulation. We, in this case, must forward, without delay, the information related to the complaint to the H.G.C.

f. We have the right not to respond to complaints, which are repeated in an abusive manner.

g. We shall not disclose to the Player any data and information for which we have confidentiality obligations, in accordance with the legal provisions.

h. In the event of any dispute, you agree that the records of the server shall act as the final authority in determining the outcome of any claim.

i. You agree that in the unlikely event of a disagreement between the result that appears on your screen and the game server, the result that appears on the game server will prevail, and you acknowledge and agree that our records will be the final authority in determining the terms and circumstances of your participation in the relevant online gaming activity and the results of this participation.

j. When we wish to contact you regarding a dispute, we will do so by using any of your contact details.

13. Intellectual Property

a. By accepting the Agreement, the Player declares that he knows that the below information: logos, names, trademarks “N1”, “N1 Greece”, “N1 Greece Limited”, “N1 Casino”, "N1casino.gr" and "N1 Casino GR" is the property of the Holder or his associates or third parties from which the Holder has received a relevant license.

b. Commercial use or exploitation, reproduction, conversion, storage, copying, republishing, uploading, posting, transmission or distribution in any medium or any way, as well as display and use on any other website or application, public or private system or service, electronic retrieval including text, graphics, videos, messages, codes and / or software, copyright information without the prior express and written consent of the License Holder, are prohibited.

Any unauthorized use of the "N1 Casino" trademark and the "N1 Casino" logo may result in criminal prosecution.

www.n1casino.gr or other subdomains are our sole resource identifier and it is prohibited to use this URL unauthorized on any other Website or digital platform without our prior written consent. It is forbidden to add links to the Website and its pages to other Websites without our prior written consent.

14. Dispute Resolution

a. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, are of sole jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.

b. In case of a dispute or disagreement arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, N1 Casino and the Player must take every effort to settle the dispute amicably, in accordance with the provisions in force, after first notifying H.G.C. the details and data relating to the dispute and announcing their intention for a friendly settlement.

c. In case of a non-amicable solution the parties of this agreement may turn to one of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Bodies (ADRs) that are registered in the relevant Register kept in accordance with its provisions with number 70330/2015 Joint Ministerial Decision (Β '1421 ), after informing the H.G.C. about the facts and circumstances relating to the dispute and disclosing their intention to settle the dispute.

d. The H.G.C. may prohibit the parties from settling the dispute amicably or addressing them to the Alternative Dispute Resolution Bodies (ADRs), provided that the evidence in the case shows that the outcome sought by the settlement is contrary to the provisions and terms of the Adherence Agreement.

e. The settlement reached shall not affect the right of the parties to appeal before the competent courts, for the protection of their rights in any manner whatsoever, unless they have waived this right in advance.

f. The settlement reached between the parties shall not affect the right of H.G.C. to carry out the inspections required by law and to impose the administrative sanctions provided for in the provisions in force.

15. Probative Value

a. The parties agree and accept that the probative value of the transactions and in general of the data submitted via internet is the same as that of the documents and that the storage of the Player's Participation in the License Holder's Central Information System constitutes full proof of the Gaming Activity.

b. The data registered in the Central Information System of N1 Casino, as well as the books and data, published and kept for accounting or supervisory purposes in printed or electronic form, including copies and excerpts thereof, have full probative value as to the records they contain.

c. In case of incorrect transfer order from or to the Player's Account, the Player expressly waives the right to request the cancellation of the order as well as any right deriving out of the contract concluded.

16. Assignment 

The Player is prohibited from assigning or transferring any right and / or obligation arising from the Agreement to any third party, natural or legal, person.

17. Validity Period – Termination Of The Agreement

a. The Agreement shall remain effective as long as the Holder legally provides its services under the validity of the License and the Player legally uses these services, in accordance with the Terms of the Agreement and the applicable provisions.

b. This Agreement may be terminated and any time without prior notice.

c. The termination of the Agreement is conducted either by the submission of the Player’s request for the closure of his Account, a template of which is posted on the Website (Hyperlink to the relevant content), which can be electronically completed and submitted by the Player at support@n1casino.gr, or by the closing of the Account by N1 Casino.

d. The termination notice should be sent to the counterparty and shall conduct, from the date of its proven receipt to the termination of the Agreement and the closure and settlement of the Player’s Account in accordance with the law.

The terms of this Agreement which shall remain in force even after the termination are clauses 6, 7, 9, 13, 14, 16.

18. Other Terms

a. The Terms of the Agreement, as well as the corporate policies and texts to which they refer, constitute the full agreement of N1 Casino with the Player on the matters governed by the Agreement and these policies.

b. For any matter not regulated by the Agreement, the provisions in force shall prevail and shall supersede over any contradictory Term of the Agreement.

c. In the event that any Term of the Agreement is declared invalid, the validity of the remaining Terms of the Agreement shall not be affected.

d. N1 Casino is entitled, following the relevant approval of H.G.C. to adjust a Term, which may be considered invalid, in order to eliminate the invalidity reason but to preserve, as far as possible, its content.

e. The Agreement is governed by Greek law. Any dispute or that arises in the context of the Agreement or on its occasion, including any trial during enforcement or taking any precautionary measure, will be the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Athens.
